The new Lycée Libanais Francophone Privé - Meydan, has initially opened to Grade 5 (CM2) and it is our understanding that the new school will open fully to Terminale in 2022-23. In August 2021, Lycée Libanais Francophone Privé opened a branch campus at Meydan. The school was originally founded to meet the needs of the Lebanese Francophone community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, and was set up through the contribution of 37 Lebanese citizens, who together raised AED 10 million to establish the school. LLFP was rated Very Good for the fourth year in a row in the 2018-19 KHDA inspection round. The school was established in 2003 to cater to French-speaking families. A relatively small school Lycée Libanais Francophone Privé, located in Al Muhaisnah, caters to approximately 1,200 mainly Lebanese national boys and girls aged three to 18 years.
